The goal of theSupport forum is to allow users to ask questions in an open forum so that other users can also benefit from the solutions. Users can answer questions and staff may answer questions as well. Whenever possible, the "Best Answer" will be flagged so that users visiting the discussion can quickly find the answer/solution to the question.
Your initial community post will require approval
- The reason for the initial post approval is to prevent spamming of the community forums
- Your community profile should be approved with an hour or two, but in some circumstances could be up to one business day. You can post, but your post will show as "pending approval".
